1. Information We Collect

FiView collects institutional account credentials (full name, email address, phone number, authentication credentials) and organizational metadata necessary for multi-tenant vendor management, role-based access control, and document vault operations.

2. Data Security & Storage

All institutional documents, risk scores, and profile records are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Multi-tenant isolation is strictly enforced via database-level Row Level Security (RLS) policies. We do not sell or monetize institutional records or user metadata.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Subprocessors

To deliver intelligent contract parsing, automated due diligence summaries, and vendor risk evaluations, FiView utilizes enterprise-tier Google Gemini and Google Cloud infrastructure.

Model Training Protections: Customer documents, contract text, uploaded files, and prompt payloads processed through our AI pipelines are strictly never used by FiView or our sub-processors to train, tune, or improve public or foundation machine learning models.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Account records, audit trails, and vault files are retained for the duration of the institutional contract. Administrators hold the right to request comprehensive purging of all organization documents, associated personnel accounts, and cached AI analysis upon agreement termination.
