1. Acceptance of Institutional Terms
By accessing or using FiView, your organization agrees to be bound by these institutional terms of service and all applicable compliance regulations governing third-party risk management (TPRM) platforms.
2. User Account & Credential Responsibilities
Institutions are responsible for managing authorized personnel within their tenant and maintaining the confidentiality of session tokens and API credentials. Any unauthorized access under an organization account must be reported immediately to FiView support.
3. AI-Powered Analysis & Decision Support Disclaimer
FiView provides automated contract analytics, clause extractions, and risk scoring through intelligent pipelines (including Google Gemini integrations). These AI features function strictly as an operational decision-support aid.
AI outputs may occasionally contain discrepancies or omissions. Organizations remain solely responsible for performing human-in-the-loop review, verifying regulatory conformity, and making final vendor contracting or audit decisions.
4. Acceptable Use of Integrated Services
Users agree not to input malicious payloads, prompt injection exploits, or unauthorized personal identification information (PII) into the document ingestion or AI processing workflows. Misuse of integrated Workspace or model endpoints may result in immediate suspension of account privileges.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiView, LLC shall not be liable for regulatory fines, legal liabilities, or business losses arising from institutional reliance on automated summaries, risk metrics, or third-party service interruptions.
